Select Guest® Members will now be able to:
- Earn Omni Credits with every night stayed and every $100 you charge to your room for dining, golf, spa, and other on-property amenities
- Redeem 100 Omni Credits for a Free Night at any Omni Hotel or Resort
- Achieve higher Select Guest® Status starting at $1,000 Tier Dollars. Tier Dollars are all charges placed on the guest room, including room rate

Starting in 2024, your Select Guest® Status will be determined by your Tier Dollars earned each calendar year. Tier Dollars include charges on room rate, food and beverage, spa, golf, retail, recreation and more, as long as it is charged to your room.

Every night you stay at an Omni Hotel or Resort earns you at least 5 Omni Credits, and every $100 of purchases beyond your room, and charged to your room, earns you at least 1 Omni Credit.
Select Guests with Champion or Icon Status earn 10 Omni Credits per night stayed, and Select Guests with Icon Status earn 2 Omni Credits per $100 in additional spend.
You can redeem 100 Omni Credits for a Free Night at any Omni Hotel or Resort.
For example, a Select Guest with Member Status stays 1 night at an Omni Hotel. In addition, the Select Guest spends an additional $90 at the restaurant and $220 at the spa, which is charged to the room. They would earn:
- 5 Omni Credits for 1 night stayed
- 3 Omni Credits for the $310 total spent between the restaurant and the spa
For a total of 8 Omni Credits.
A Select Guest with Icon Status would earn twice as many Omni Credits for the same stay:
- 10 Omni Credits for 1 night stayed
- 6 Omni Credits for the $310 total spent between the restaurant and the spa
For a total of 16 Omni Credits.
Redeeming Free Night Rewards
Once you’ve earned 100 Omni Credits, you can redeem them for a Free Night at any Omni Hotel or Resort.
There’s no complicated award chart or redemption formula—just a simple way to reward you for your loyalty. And we’ll waive Resort Service Charges and Destination Fees when you redeem your Free Nights.
Omni Credits are valid for 36 months after their date of issue.
What Happens To My Existing Status And Award Credits?
Don’t worry—your current Select Guest® Status, as well as the Award Credits you have earned, are all safe and will be transferred to the new Select Guest® program in January.
We will honor your current Select Guest® Status, or any higher Status you earn before December 31, 2023, for the entirety of 2024 at an equivalent level.
- Current Gold-level Members will receive Insider Status
- Current Platinum-level Members will receive Champion Status
- Current Black-level Members will receive Icon Status
We will convert Award Credits to new Omni Credits at a rate of 1:5.
- 1 Award Credit = 5 Omni Credits
- 20 Award Credits = 100 Omni Credits
This conversion rate ensures that the spending power of your existing Award Credits remains unchanged.

The Status you earned in 2023 will be honored at an equivalent level in 2024. Your Gold-level Status in 2023 will convert to Insider Status through the end of 2024. Platinum-level Status will convert to Champion Status. And Black-level Status will convert to Icon Status.
Q. How do I earn Select Guest® Status in 2024?
Members earn Select Guest® Status by earning Tier Dollars. All Select Guests start at $0 Tier Dollars on January 1st, 2024. Tier Dollars can be earned through room rate and resort/destination service charges, as well as charging food and beverage, spa, golf, retail, ski and recreation to the Member’s room folio.
Q. I have Award Credits in my account right now. What happens to those in January?
In January 2024, your current Award Credit balance will be multiplied by 5 to match the new Free Night scale. For example, a Member with 20 Award Credits on December 31st, 2023 will have 100 Omni Credits in January 2024.
How will I earn Select Guest® status in the new program?

Select Guest® Status is earned annually through Tier Dollars. Tier Dollars earned in a calendar year will determine the Select Guest® Status for the remaining part of that year plus the following year. Qualifying spend towards Tier Dollars includes room rate, resort/destination service charges, food and beverage, retail, spa, golf and activities charged to the Member’s room folio. Tier Dollars are rounded down to the nearest dollar (e.g. $247.41 in qualifying spend would be rounded down to $247 Tier Dollars)

How do I earn Free Nights under the new Select Guest® program?
Q. How do I earn Omni Credits?
Omni Credits are earned in two ways.
1. Omni Credits are earned based on the number of qualifying nights stayed and your Select Guest® Status at the time of your stay. Select Guest® Members and Insiders earn 5 Omni Credits for each qualifying night they stay. Select Guest® Champions and Icons earn 10 Omni Credits each qualifying night they stay.
2. Earn Omni Credits through qualifying purchases beyond your room such as food and beverage, spa, golf, retail and more. For every $100 you spend in purchases beyond your room, you receive 1 additional Omni Credit. Select Guest® Icons earn 2 additional Omni Credits for every $100 of purchases beyond your room.
Room rates, taxes, fees and gratuities will not count toward additional Omni Credits.
Q. When do Omni Credits expire?
Omni Credits expire on a rolling basis, on the last day of the month, 36 months after they are issued.
Q. What happens if I spend less than $100 beyond my room? Will I still earn an Omni Credit?
We calculate Omni Credits based on your total spend beyond your room at the end of your stay. So if you spend $50 at a restaurant and $50 at the spa, your total spend beyond your room will be $100 and you will earn 1 Omni Credit.
We award 1 Omni Credit per $100 spent. If your total spend does not reach an increment of $100, it will not count towards partial Omni Credits. For example, a Select Guest® Member will earn 1 Omni Credit after spending between $100 and $199 beyond their room. However, as soon as they spend $200 beyond their room, they will earn 2 Omni Credits.
However, you will still earn Tier Dollars for every dollar spent beyond your room.
Q. Since a Free Night now costs 100 Omni Credits, is it going to be harder to earn a Free Night under the new Select Guest® program?
No—in fact, with more ways to earn Omni Credits, it will be easier to earn Free Nights under the new Select Guest® program.
The number of nights needed to earn a Free Night will not change. Each qualifying night stayed will now earn 5 Omni Credits for Select Guests at Member and Insider Status, so if you stay 20 nights at a qualifying rate, you will earn 100 Omni Credits and be able to redeem them for a Free Night.
Select Guests at Champion and Icon Status will earn Omni Credits even faster: 10 Omni Credits for each qualifying night.
Plus, you can earn additional Omni Credits through purchases beyond your room such as food and beverage, retail, spa, golf and activities. Every $100 of purchases beyond your room will earn 1 Omni Credit (2 for Select Guests at Icon status). All Omni Credits count towards Free Nights no matter how you earn them.
